Our usual cut-off time is before 2 pm every day, from Monday to Friday. For Saturday Special deliveries, contact your Account Manager.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with leading logistics providers, primarily DPD and Parcel Force, to ensure swift and secure delivery of your vaping products.

Shipping Zones

Currently, we offer shipping within the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and worldwide, depending on the location and order availability.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays will be processed on the same day and received on the next day, except Northern Island. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Options

Next Working Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Saturday Delivery

  • Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM.
  • Additional charges may apply for Saturday delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Monday to Friday (Next working day) except Northern Ireland

£0 to £999.99         =  £5 +VAT
£1000 to £1999.99  =  £10 +VAT
£2000 to £2999.99 = £15 +VAT
£3000 to £3999.99 = £20 +VAT
£4000 to £4999.99 = £25 +VAT and so on

Saturday Shipping (except Northern Ireland)

£0 to £999.99         = £12 +VAT
£1000 to £1999.99 = £24 +VAT
£2000 to £2999.99 = £36 +VAT
£3000 to £3999.99 = £48 +VAT
£4000 to £4999.99 = £60 +VAT and so on 

Monday to Friday (2-3 working days) Northern Ireland

£0 to £999.99         =  £12 +VAT
£1000 to £1999.99 = £24 +VAT
£2000 to £2999.99 = £36 +VAT
£3000 to £3999.99 = £48 +VAT
£4000 to £4999.99 = £60 +VAT and so on 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with the tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the respective courier’s website.
